EXPERIENCE 5TH AVENUE EQUESTRIAN
5th Avenue Equestrian was founded in 2008. Starting out with only 3 horses, we have grown to become one of the biggest horse riding and stableyards on the East Rand. Boasting 7 qualified Instructors and over 45 Riding school horses and ponies. Our mission is to teach the basics of horse riding with a relaxed atmosphere, allowing our pupils to compete or to just enjoy the magic of riding a horse. Since we opened our doors, our Equestrian School has helped an impressive amount of students achieve their riding goals.
BEGINNER LESSONS
Anyone at any time of their lives can learn how to ride a horse. We teach pupils from the age of 3, with our oldest pupil being 65 years old. We offer Beginner lessons which are safely done on very well schooled horses and ponies. Our Intermediate and Advanced lessons, cover most of the equestrian disciplines on very well schooled horses and ponies.
STABLING AND LEASING
5th Avenue Equestrian offers livery of horses and ponies in the heart of Benoni. The property extends to 30 hectares on 3 properties. The stables are 4mx4m offering adequate ventilation and beautiful views. Boasting 5 arenas, one being Eco Fibre which offers fantastic footing. The paddocks are spacious and the horses are free to roam in a herd environment. Individual paddocks are also offered. Each horse or pony is on a detailed diet and are fed 4 meals per day. Grass ad lib of only the best erogrostis fresh from the farmer.
ADVANCED LESSONS
Lessons are designed solely with the student in mind. Our qualified instructors provide students with a thorough understanding of the material, so that they are able to tackle problems in the real world. We want our students to keep an open mind, and have fun throughout their experience at 5th Avenue Equestrian.
